About this Project
The County Aggregated Industrial Park (CAIP) is Embu County's most ambitious economic development project — a joint initiative between the National Government and Embu County Government to create a world-class enterprise zone that will anchor the county's industrialisation agenda. Located on a 50-acre site near Embu town, the park will host manufacturing, agro-processing, cold storage, and light industrial facilities. The project is part of the national government's programme to establish industrial parks in all 47 counties. Upon completion, CAIP will position Embu as the commercial and industrial hub of Mount Kenya East, attracting investors from across Kenya and the East African region.
